The preparation for boil and degreasing trophies .

Belotrofix is determined for modification trophies and for preparation to subsequent bleaching with the hydrogen peroxide. The preparation contains substances, which decompose a tissue and perfectly degrease the bone by the heat. That is the reason, why don´t get to yellowing of skull after long time.

Before using is necessary to read directions for use. Breach of the conditions can lead to pernament damage of trophy.

The procedure: you have two possibilities:

a) with parboil only in water

b) without parboil (leave out the point 4)

1) strip the trophy off the skin and cut off the musculature coarsely ( the best way is if the trophy is fresh)

2) take away the brain, swill a brainpower out and dip the trophy into cold water for one day, it is possible to add an adequate quantity of common salt (if you have the trophy with antlers, dip only the skull)

3) if the trophy has the antlers is necessary to protect them (wrap in a celulose or in a piece of cloth), the most important is protection of lower parf of antlers

4) put the trophy into water and boil it (it is not necessary to boil it till total abscission of tissue), after boiling cut off the musculature coarsely again, sluice the trophy with cold water and leave it dry out Sommer

5) boiling in solution of  degreasing preparation:

a. the concentration: 30 – 40 g/ one litre of water

b. the working temperature: 80 – 90 degree Centigrade, water needn't boil)

c. the time of submersion depends on the amount of the tissue and agens

- keep on eye the trophy, it mustn't overdone, the moment that the tissue starts crowd, take out the trophy and clear away the tissue by the brush, if it go well, the work is almost finished, if not dip the trophy into the solution again for some time and after repeat it

6) get the trophy perfectly dry

7) blech the trophy by 10% hydrogen peroxide (submersion or rub it depend on size)

8) get the whited trophy dry and you can use the spray on treatment of trophies

Safety regulations:

-  inorganic degreasing preparation

-  it is not a poison or a corrosive, mustn't to get to the eyes or into food

-  it can bring about irritate of skin, you should use regenerative cream

- chemical qualities: R36: irritates eyes, R38 irritates skin, S2: keep it out of reach of children, S22: don´t breathe in the dust, S26: find a medical help during affecting eyes

The solution can be liquidate into the common sewerage.
